Yes, absolutely. You choose and purchase your preferred hardwood, hybrid, or vinyl planks, and we handle 100% of the professional labor and laying.

02 QUANTITY CHECK

How do I make sure I bought enough flooring boards and underlay?

We recommend adding 5% to 10% extra material over your total square meters to account for board cutting, edge fitting, and layout waste.

03 SUBFLOOR PREP

What if my subfloor is uneven before installing my purchased floors?

We inspect the concrete or yellowtongue subfloor first. If needed, we grind high spots or apply leveling compounds before laying your boards.

04 UNDERLAY & ADHESIVE

Do I need to supply the glue, underlay, and trim accessories as well?

You can supply them, or we can bring commercial-grade acoustic underlays, direct-stick timber adhesives, and trims at cost price.

05 HARDWOOD ACCLIMATION

Do my solid hardwood or engineered timber planks need to sit in the room first?

Yes. Natural timber boards should acclimate inside your home for 48–72 hours prior to laying to prevent post-installation expansion or warping.

06 OLD FLOOR REMOVAL

Can you remove my old carpet or tile before laying my new flooring?

Yes. We provide complete rip-out and disposal services for old carpet, tiles, or vinyl before preparing the base for your new floor.
