1.3 Audit & Verification Rights: The Platform retains the right to demand written proof of how any recipient list was acquired. If a contractor cannot prove a valid B2B connection or clear context for the recipient, the entire list will be instantly purged from the system.

8.2 Reverse-Engineering Ban: Users are strictly prohibited from copying, cloning, mimicking, or reverse-engineering the structural grid configurations or layout mechanics to create a competing trade portal or administrative dashboard.

9.1 Network Availability: While the Platform uses authenticated delivery queues to secure high network deliverability, it provides its services strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" operational basis.
